Betsy Walton | Portland, OR

Betsy is a Portland artist I've seen on etsy and in person at Portland's Crafty Wonderland bazaar. Her work is surreal and intriguing. I've got one of her prints on my wall at home, of course (the one featured here!).
You can learn more about her work on her various web places. She's quite prolific and has a ton of work to browse through online.

Yellena James | Portland, OR

I love the incorporation of organic/plant motifs and structures of microorganism in Yellena James' work. She also does a great job with her use of color. She has many many affordable prints available on her etsy shop: www.etsy.com/shop/yellena; or check out her main website www.yellena.com.

Melissa Bryant | Indianapolis, Indiana

Indianapolis artist Melissa Bryant makes interesting digital art illustrations using scans of fabric to compose color areas (such as the grass in the piece featured here). She also has a bunch of illustrations of handsome chairs available that apply this same fabric technique in her etsy shop www.etsy.com/shop/mywireempire. I snatched up a landscape for myself a few months back.

David Fullarton | San Francisco

San Francisco artist David Fullarton's collage work is full of truly inspired and comical irritability. I can't get enough of it. He does have an etsy shop www.etsy.com/shop/fullarton though he doesn't seem to be using it much. Don't worry though! He displays his work on this Flick page www.flickr.com/photos/fullarton/, he has a great website: www.davidfullarton.com, some prints can be purchased at www.society6.com/studio/davidfullarton/ and you can actually buy a book of some of his illustrations I Can't Apologise Enough from an on-demand press called Blurb (I did!). Now, browse away!
